Cooking Tips: Pre-Cooked Frozen Lobster.

While fresh lobster can be time-consuming to prepare, frozen lobster keeps for months in your freezer and is ready to cook at any time. 

Option 1: Stovetop Method

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil over high heat
  2. Place the lobster into the pot and remove the pot from the heat
  3. Let the lobster sits in the hot water for 8-10 minutes
  4. Remove the lobster from the pot and check that the meat in the tail is completely hot.

Option 2: Steam Method

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil over high heat
  2. Steam the lobster for 8-10 minutes

Option 3: Oven Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Cover and wrap the lobster with foil, add some butter in the wrap.
  3. Heat in the oven for approximately 10 minutes.
  4. Take out of the oven and serve. 

or

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Cut the lobster in half, lay on a sheet tray. Top with butter
  3. Heat in the oven for approximately 10-15 minutes
